RETURNS
Dear Customers,
We hope you will love your Whisbear, but in case it does not fulfill your expectations or is eligible for a return please contact our Customer Service: sales(at)manderina.com to obtain further information.
You are entitled to return Whisbear within 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason, but the product must be in an immaculate and unused condition.
To speed up the process please fill in the form below.
After receiving the returned product, money will be transferred to your account within 7 working days in the same way that you have done the payment
Please note:
We will only refund you for Whisbear excluding delivery charge you have paid on purchasing the product.
REPLACEMENTS
If you experience problems with your Whisbear or the device you can request a replacement.
To do so please fill in the form below along with a detailed description of the problems you are experiencing with the device.
After receiving the request, our Customer Service will contact you to explain the further procedure.
As soon as we analyse your case we will inform you if a device or a Whisbear toy qualifies to be replaced or fixed.
Please note:
It takes up to 2 weeks (if we will have the same toy in our stock.) to receive a replacement, but we do our best to send them as soon as possible after faulty device or Whisbear toy have been received and checked. If we don’t have the same in our stock, you might ask for a similar product, or wait until we order it from our Partner warehouse. You will be communicated the details from our customer service.
