Megan from The Austins Life blog, a mum to two gorgeous children, Blake and Hallie-May, was a little sceptical when she heard about Whisbear for the first time, but she completely changed her mind when she started using it. Read the review to find out why.<\/p>\n

With our previous experience with Blake, it got us thinking, \u201cIs there anything out there that can help?\u201d Well\u2026 as the due date was approaching, a good friend recommended \u2018Whisbear the Humming Bear\u2019 so we purchased it. We were a little sceptical as obviously we thought, \u201cNo way can a bear help a baby sleep??\u201d MY GOODNESS how wrong could we have been? From the minute Hallie-May was born, her Whisbear was introduced to her, playing the pink noise and mimicking what she would have heard inside the womb for the last nine months.<\/p>\n

It also has a built in\u2018cry sensor\u2019 that will activate the second she starts to cry\u2026 playing \u2018pink noise\u2019 for 40 minutes before gradually fading to sooth her gently back off to sleep, and I must say it was a life saver not having to get up to turn it one very time she made a noise. It\u2019s also very reassuring knowing that your baby will be safe as it has magnetic paws which hooks over the side of your cot or crib.<\/p>\n

I remember the first time Hallie-May started to cry in the night (not needing a feed). We both looked at each other like \u2018here we go again\u2019 but then magic happened \u2013 Whisbear kicked in and started playing the shushing noise and then just like that\u2026 she was back to sleep. I honestly wasn\u2019t expecting her to react as well as she did and ever since it hasn\u2019t left her side. Even when we\u2019re on the go we now have the Whisbird that clips to the car seat or the pram. It has the same pink noise that works so well on Hallie-May.<\/p>\n

I can honestly say that the\u00a0Whisbear<\/a>\u00a0still works to this day and has the same effect on Hallie-May like it has done for the last six months, keeping her calm and settled so she can get a restful sleep. The bear can grow with her as it has sensory parts and bright colours for the perfect all-round stimulation. I can see this being her life long friend.<\/p>\n

Out of all the things we have brought this is by far the best well used product that we could have ever imagined purchasing. We all love it and it even sends us to sleep. We would definitely recommend it to any new parent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
